SAN JOSE — Two big San Jose office buildings have been bought by a Bay Area real estate firm in a deal that shows investors still hunger for commercial properties in the region’s tech hubs.

The buildings, located on Orchard Parkway in north San Jose, were bought for $41.5 million, according to documents filed on Dec. 13 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office.
