A hilltop home that Walt Disney built during the Great Depression in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Los Feliz near Griffith Park is available to lease for the first time.

Known as Walt Disney’s Storybook Mansion, the 6,388-square-foot house designed by Disney studio architect Frank Crowhurst and completed in 1932 is a blend of French Provincial, French Tudor and Neo-Gothic architectural styles. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a theater “where Walt watched dailies of his productions,” the listing reads.
