OAKLAND — Holy Names University has landed a buyer for its vast Oakland Hills campus that had faced the specters of foreclosure, financial woes and a shutdown for months.

BH Properties, a veteran real estate firm that operates in 18 states, has reached a deal to buy the scenic complex, and plans to continue educational activities on the site, executives said Friday. The financial terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
