SAN JOSE — A big San Jose office building that is the last phase of a huge mixed-use tech campus has won final approval from city officials.

The five-story office building, part of the Coleman Highline campus in north San Jose near the city’s airport, would total 292,500 square feet once it is constructed, documents on file with municipal planners show.
