Nima Momeni, the man accused of killing Cash App founder Bob Lee in San Francisco shortly after an encounter, will be arraigned Tuesday on a murder charge.

Lee, who cofounded the mobile payment service provider Cash App, was stabbed to death in the Rincon Hill neighborhood early on April 4.
