SAN JOSE — A pedestrian hit by a vehicle earlier this week has died from his injuries, authorities said Friday.

The unidentified man died Thursday at a hospital, two days after being hit when a vehicle veered into the southbound lanes of N. White Road. Authorities did not identify him, pending notification of his next of kin.
