SAN JOSE — A tennis and swimming center that’s been a familiar presence in San Jose’s Willow Glen district for decades is slated to be bought by a real estate firm and replaced by housing, public documents show.

TTLC Management, which is affiliated with The True Life Cos., has struck a deal to purchase a property at 1170 Pedro Street in San Jose, which at present is the site of San Jose Swim & Racquet Club.
