CONCORD — A 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with multiple incidents where people in cars were injured — one fatally — by bricks thrown onto Highway 242, court records show.

Mark Lawrence Navone was arrested on a no-bail warrant April 2 and is due in court Tuesday afternoon for an arraignment hearing. He faces seven felony counts, including murder and mayhem.
