The vast majority of Bay Area residents soon could be out of the most-limited stage of California’s coronavirus restrictions, as three more local counties appear poised to move Tuesday into the “red” reopening tier.
Alameda, Santa Cruz and Solano counties are among nine statewide that are eligible to graduate out of the tightest restrictions in the state’s “purple” tier when classifications are updated around noon.
