An underutilized property owned by San Jose’s Cambrian School District will soon be transformed into a site for 35 new start-of-the-art homes.

The San Jose City Council voted 9-2 Tuesday night to rezone a 2.7-acre vacant property at 1975 Cambrianna Drive to residential, paving the way for the construction of 35 new homes.
