Instacart to provide $25 vaccine stipend for gig-work shoppers

San Francisco online grocery shopping company Instacart said it would pay shoppers $25 to get the coronavirus vaccine starting in February.
The company uses contractors, or gig workers, to pick and deliver groceries to customers. The company said in a press release the stipend would be available to to shift leads, in-store shoppers, and full-service shoppers.
