BELMONT – Four people have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old Redwood City boy nearly three years ago in Belmont, authorities said.

Officers with the Belmont Police Department found the body of Carlmont High School student Mohammad Othman in the parking lot of Central Elementary School while responding to a report of a possible kidnapping just before 11 p.m. on Jan. 7, 2019.
