Sharon Stone on Monday posted a video of her 11-month-old nephew, River, with a message revealing that he had died, four days after he was airlifted to a Pittsburgh hospital for what the actor described as “total organ failure.”

“River William Stone, Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021,” Stone captioned the Instagram video, which shows her smiling, blue-eyed godson, giggling and rolling around on a bed in a brightly colored shirt. The video is accompanied by Eric Clapton’s song “Tears in Heaven.”
