Adam Savage can’t wait to see the faces of the pop culture fans, makers, cosplayers and science geeks at this weekend’s SiliCon with Adam Savage. Or at least the top half of their faces.

Even with COVID-19 measures in place the San Jose McEnery Convention Center — including an indoor mask mandate and a limited capacity of 5,000 people each day — Savage says there’s something special about being able to interact with fans in person again after 18 months of virtual workshops.
