SAN JOSE — A big tech campus in north San Jose has been grabbed by a real estate firm with a nationwide reach, a deal that widens a shopping spree by investors who have yet to slake their thirst for Silicon Valley properties.

Grosvenor Americas has bought a three-building office complex at the corner of Orchard Parkway and East Trimble Road, paying $108.5 million for the property, documents filed on Aug. 25 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office show.
