SAN JOSE — A new housing tower could sprout in downtown San Jose, a project that would add several hundred residential units near Google’s transit-oriented neighborhood.
Apollo, the proposed name of the development, is envisioned as a residential highrise that would replace a long-time car wash at the corner of East Santa Clara Street and Stockton Avenue, according to project developer Urban Catalyst.
