The list of people who have qualified to challenge Gov. Gavin Newsom in the upcoming recall election on Sept. 14 was finalized late Wednesday night. These are the 46 Californians whose names will appear on the ballot. The list does not include a well-known Democrat or a Republican as widely recognized as Arnold Schwarzenegger, who beat out more than 130 contenders to win the Gray Davis recall in 2003. But voters will likely be familiar with a few candidates, including reality star Caitlyn Jenner.

Mail-in ballots should hit voters’ mailboxes next month.
