Target prevailed in another legal case involving a child injured while playing on the big red balls outside a store.

A federal court in Florida on Tuesday granted the retailer’s request for summary judgment, effectively dismissing a lawsuit by the father of a girl who broke her arm in 2019 when she fell off one of the concrete balls — technically, a “bollard” — outside a store in a Tampa suburb.
