CUPERTINO — A man suspected of being involved in a triple stabbing in San Jose was killed Wednesday morning when he was hit by a truck on Highway 85, according to California Highway Patrol and police.

The collision was reported at 4:48 a.m. and police responded to Highway 85 in Cupertino just north of De Anza Boulevard. A man had been struck by a truck in the northbound lane second from the left, according to CHP officer Ross Lee.
