Firefighters can expect warmer weather and lower humidity levels Thursday night into Friday after containing 65% of the Colorado Fire along the Big Sur coast, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Cal Fire spokesperson Cecile Juliette said firefighters are trying to mop up all of the hot spots on Thursday to prevent any flare-ups overnight.
