SAN JOSE — A motorcyclist who died Monday after colliding with a commercial truck last week has been identified.

Just before 3 p.m. on Nov. 25, Santa Clara resident Benjamin Becker, 35, was driving a 2013 Suzuki motorcycle westbound on the 600 block of Los Esteros Road when he used the shoulder to go around traffic, according to San Jose police Officer Gina Tepoorten.
