Santa Clara County announced Tuesday that it has put a “last, best and final” contract offer on the table, which will go to a vote of striking union members.

Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 521, which represents 12,000 members, has selectively held six days of strikes at various county departments, including roads, parks and social services.
