PG&E has restored power to most customers affected by a planned shutoff, with the rest expected to get power back later today, the utility said.

Customers in Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sonoma and Yuba Counties have been restored as of Thursday morning. Crews are now working to restore the remaining 3,441 customers in Butte County.
