Union City officials are working with state and federal cybersecurity experts after city servers were “significantly impacted” by a computer virus on Saturday, according to the city.

City email, as well as systems that process administrative services, such as licenses and permits, remain down as of Sunday evening. Emergency police and fire response was not impacted, according to a Union City press release.
