SAN JOSE — The man killed in a shooting in San Jose early Thursday has been identified, the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office said Friday.

21-year-old Brian Castro, of San Jose, was pronounced dead shortly after he and another man arrived at the Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center just before 2 a.m. Thursday, both suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
