Anyone who has been thinking about buying a new iPhone until after Apple unveils the next version of its smartphone will catch a break due to a delay in new tariffs being imposed on certain consumer electronic products that are made in China.

The Trump Administration said it would postpone until Dec. 15 imposing a new 10% tariff on iPhones and other devices that had been set to go into effect on Sept. 1. The tariffs are part of the ongoing trade war between the United States and China.
