The man who killed three people at the Gilroy Garlic Festival has been identified, according to two news organizations.
Santino William Legan was the man who opened fire at the close of the three-day festival before Gilroy police reportedly shot and killed him, according to CBS and NBC. CBS reported Legan was 19 years old. NBC cited a federal source for the shooter’s identity.
