OAKLAND — The moment called for Kevin Durant to scrimmage at the Warriors’ practice facility on Thursday. Then perhaps Durant could play against the Toronto Raptors in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Friday at Oracle Arena. Instead, Warriors coach Steve Kerr shared news that has become too familiar since Durant injured his right calf almost a month ago.

“Kevin will not play tomorrow,” Kerr said following practice on Thursday. “We will continue to get treatment, get on the court and continue to work. But he will be unavailable for Game 4.”
