PORTOLA VALLEY — A commuter bus ignited in flames late Wednesday morning on southbound Interstate 280 and ignited a brush fire, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At 10:35 a.m., the CHP received a call that a commuter bus was on fire on southbound 280 at the Alpine Road offramp, according to Officer Art Montiel.
