Ninety California restaurants earned star-studded spots in the 2019 Michelin Guide. The full list is below. The newly published guide, which for the first time has been printed in English, Spanish and Mandarin, also lists the 151 restaurants that won Bib Gourmand awards for good food at reasonable prices.
