The battle between Elon Musk and the SEC over the Tesla CEO’s Twitter use isn’t over.

Ahead of a Friday deadline, both sides on Thursday asked a judge for more time to resolve their differences, requesting in a joint letter that their deadline be extended for a second time, to April 30.
