SAN FRANCISCO — A Santa Clara County resident infected with the measles visited several locations in San Francisco last week and may have exposed others to the disease, health officials said Tuesday.

The San Francisco Department of Public Health said the risk to others was small, and that there has not been an outbreak. The person, an adult whom officials did not identify, never went to a hospital and has been recovering at home, health spokeswoman Rachael Kagan said.
