LOS ANGELES — A 40-year-old man was arrested here last month by U.S. marshals, in connection with a murder warrant in Contra Costa County.

Terrance Webb is one of two men charged last month with murdering Vallejo resident Anthony Singh, 19, outside an Antioch apartment complex Aug. 19. Police said whoever killed Singh trailed him from a nearby gas station, before shooting him multiple times on the 2200 block of San Jose Drive, around 3:30 a.m.
