SAN JOSE – A nightclub promoter has been arrested on suspicion of at least two alleged sexual assaults in San Jose, police said.

The suspect, identified as 29-year-old San Jose resident Marcos Lopez-Cabera, was arrested on July 11, San Jose police Officer Steven Aponte said in a news release Wednesday.
