SAN JOSE – A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash on a San Jose freeway on-ramp early Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported at about 6:25 a.m. on the Old Bayshore Highway on-ramp to southbound Interstate 880, said CHP Officer Ross Lee. The victim, described as a man in his 50s, was hit by two vehicles.
