The arrival of spring is bringing hope during a trying time. Walking, zooming, getting postponed projects done—Saratoga residents are finding ways to create joy while following virus guidelines.

Walk outside and listen to the birdsong. It’s amazing. A pair of chickadees made their family home in a clay birdhouse made by a friend that’s within view of my patio. Watching the parents bring caterpillars to their babies lifts my spirits. The resilience of birds gives hope that we may be turning the virus corner.
