PACIFICA – San Mateo County authorities on Thursday arrested a pair of Pacifica residents in connection with the fentanyl overdose death of a 28-year-old Montara man exactly one year ago.

Last month, the sheriff’s office launched an investigation into the death of Aaron McGregor on April 23, 2019. Detectives confirmed he died from a fentanyl overdose, said Sgt. Michael Leishman in a news release.
