SAN JOSE — The fallout from the coronavirus has claimed hundreds of jobs at San Jose International Airport, providing fresh evidence of the economic devastation being unleashed by the deadly bug.

HMSHost, a worldwide provider of dining services at air travel hubs, has chopped more than 300 jobs at San Jose airport, where passenger volume has nose-dived in the wake of the coronavirus.
