A “Freedom Rally” in Morgan Hill attracted about 25 people, one from as far away as Brentwood, on a warm Sunday afternoon.

A few people honked in support, and some yelled at the protesters, who sometimes stood six-feet apart and sometimes not. They’ve held signs and American flags at the corner of Monterey Road and West Edmundson Avenue every day since Tuesday. The action was started by Morgan Hill resident Justin Bailey, with the group Son’s of Liberty. He says they plan on being at the corner every day until the shelter-in-place rule is lifted.
