In findings that hardly come as a surprise, Americans are relying much more on streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Amazon as they shelter in place and the COVID-19 outbreak spreads.

A recent online study conducted by Invoke, a real-time market research company, found that 75 percent of respondents (80 percent of those age 35 and younger) are watching more streaming content than before the pandemic struck. Almost three-quarters — 73 percent — said they prefer content from established services like Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Netflix.
