Homeless people struggling to find a place to turn during the coronavirus pandemic will be able to use San Jose’s Parkside Hall and South Hall, as well as the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds, officials said Saturday.

The two San Jose fixtures, located on Park Avenue and South Market Street, respectively, are being prepared to house the homeless, officials said. They also are planning to fill the County Fairgrounds on Tully Road to shelter as many as possible.
