Santa Clara County is reporting nearly 900 people have tested positive for the novel coronavirus as new data released by the Public Health Department confirmed 42 new cases and two COVID-19-related deaths.

As of 5 p.m. on Monday, March 30, the county had recorded 890 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
