SAN JOSE – A man sought by police in a deadly shooting in the East San Jose hills last month was arrested Thursday, after barricading himself in a stranger’s home and stalemating police for hours before he was flushed out with tear gas and a police dog, authorities said.
Marcus Sloan Pardohenry, 33, of San Jose, was arrested around 3 a.m. at the home on Vista Verde Drive between Tully Road and San Rivas Drive, according to San Jose police.
