SAN JOSE — San Jose Biocube, an incubator dedicated to life sciences companies, has leased a big chunk of space in north San Jose, real estate executives said Tuesday.

The life sciences incubator leased 35,000 square feet at Biosquare Silicon Valley in San Jose, according to JLL, a commercial real estate firm.
