In the latest example of Google employees forcing changes at the tech giant, the company is ending forced arbitration for current and future employees after months of worker pressure — but the story doesn’t end there.

Those who have been pushing for the policy update want more. A Google employee group dedicated to publicly advocating for workers to be able to sue their employers, not only at the search giant but at other tech companies, said Friday that Google needs to go further. The group also is taking its fight to the nation’s capital.
