The Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday asked a federal judge to hold Tesla CEO Elon Musk in contempt over a tweet claimed to be inaccurate.

Musk’s twitchy Twitter fingers got him in trouble with the regulator in the first place. The SEC sued him in September, alleging he’d made false and misleading statements in tweets indicating funding had been secured to take Tesla private.
