Horse Creek Academy students were buzzing Friday afternoon – and it wasn't just because of the free pizza they received as an after-Halloween treat.

Dressed in an official baseball jersey, green-and-gold checked shorts and matching baseball cap, Auggie, the Augusta GreenJacket's mascot, visited the public charter school. He signed autographs, posed for pictures, passed out prize packs and shared hugs and smiles with students, faculty and staff.
