NASA sees a 'Picasso-like' face in Tropical Storm Cimaron's powerful storms

The Joint Typhoon Warning Center or JTWC noted that animated enhanced infrared satellite imagery showed banding features wrapping into a partially exposed low level circulation center.
At 11 a.m. EDT (1500 UTC) the center of Tropical Storm Cimaron was located near Latitude 19.0 degrees north and Longitude 147.0 degrees east. That's about 101 nautical miles north-northeast of the island of Pagan. Tropical Storm Cimaron is moving toward the north-northwest at 12.6 mph (11 knots/20.3 kph). Maximum sustained winds remain at 75 mph (65 knots/120 kph)
