BARTOW, W.Va. — Marshall University President Jerome Gilbert was among the guests who spoke to the aspiring young scientists at National Youth Science Camp last week.

Gilbert, a Mississippi delegate to National Youth Science Camp (NYSCamp) in 1973, discussed the ethical implications of using technology to alter the human brain at National Youth Science Camp on Friday evening in Pocahontas County.
