DALLAS TWP. — A new science center is going up at Misericordia University, which is embarking on a massive fundraising effort to support the construction.

The university plans to begin construction next spring on the Frank M. and Dorothea Henry Science Center to accommodate a student population that has grown since the existing science building was constructed in 1957.
